I have run most types of IT projects, everything from rolling out business systems, building new in-house developments or finding a way to fix that technical platform that has fallen behind. \n\t\t\t\t\t\tWhen a new team is needed or maybe you need to restart an existing team that has lost its efficiency. I have been involved in both restarting and starting new teams. The easiest thing is usually that I join as interim leader, get a stable team in place and then we recruit a replacement for me, often that person is already in the team.\t\t\t\t\t<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
